Join Belk’s 125th Anniversary Celebration! Store opens at 9:30AM! (May 29 - May 29)
Belk stores in more than 300 locations across 16 Southern states will be celebrating the company’s 125th anniversary on May 29, the date that William Henry Belk opened his first store in Monroe, N.C.
Where: Belk of Tuscaloosa – University Mall 1701 McFarland Blvd. East, Tuscaloosa, Al 35405
When: May 29th, 2013 from 9:00 to 9:30 (The store will open at 9:30 am)
What: Belk to host a Celebration for Customers as we celebrate 125 years
- VIP/Media breakfast (8:30am in the Ladies Bldg)
- Special VIP guests from the City to speak at a brief ceremony from 9:00 to 9:30
- Big Al and Face Painting and Balloons for the Kids
- Complimentary Photo Booth for fun photos with friends or kids, as well as Music in both locations to celebrate 125 years of serving the community.
- Gift cards to the first 100 customers (Ladies Shoe entrance only)
- Refreshments and sweet treats for customers throughout the day
